Matthew is a Chartered Building Surveyor in our property consultancy team with over 15 years’ industry experience. His experience covers local and central government, infrastructure, commercial, industrial, retail and housing projects, as well as building expertise in building surveying and construction project delivery.

Alongside his technical background, Matthew spent the last ten years developing his skills in strategic and management consultancy. He works closely with public and private sector organisations, partnering with senior leaders to help shape and deliver their business objectives.

Matthew has a strong track record of guiding projects and programmes from early ideas through to delivery and day-to-day operation. Whether engaging stakeholders, managing risk or overseeing contracts, he brings a practical approach that helps clients make the best decision at every stage.
