Matthew is a Chartered Project Manager and partner with who has led major programmes across the education, manufacturing, research and development, commercial, residential and regeneration sectors. Over the course of his career, he has worked on projects worth more than £3 billion.

He has supported the development of several high-profile schemes, including the £1.9 billion Smithfield regeneration masterplan, the award-winning headquarters for the Centre for Agriculture and Bioscience International (CABI), and a range of major commercial and mixed-use developments.

Matthew is known for his clear, organised approach and ability to bring people together around a common goal. From community engagement and governance to risk management and leading large project teams, he focuses on keeping projects on track and delivering successful outcomes from start to finish.
