Neb leads our retrofit service and has more than eight years’ experience delivering large-scale decarbonisation and social housing regeneration projects. He specialises in developing tailored plans to improve the energy performance of existing homes, helping to reduce carbon emissions, lower energy use and create healthier places to live.

He has led interdisciplinary teams on major government-funded programmes, including Warmer Homes schemes for clients such as Stonewater, Birmingham City Council and Sovereign Network Group. Neb understands the challenges that come with improving existing homes. He works closely with clients to find solutions that balance performance, cost and what can realistically be achieved.

He is passionate about finding solutions that work for both clients and residents. Known for finding better ways of working and involving residents in the process, Neb focuses on making improvements that have a lasting impact, creating healthier, more energy-efficient homes for the people who live in them.
