Neil leads the technology function at Ridge, making sure the systems, tools and infrastructure that support the business are fit for the future. He focuses on using technology to help people work more effectively, improve the way we do things and support the continued growth of the business.

He takes a big-picture view of how technology, data and processes fit together, and plays a key role in driving change across the organisation. As chair of the technology and process board, he helps shape the technology strategy and sets the direction for what's next.

With more than 15 years’ experience in IT, Neil has worked with organisations across the UK and Europe, helping them get the most from technology and navigate change with confidence. Before joining us, he held a range of technology leadership roles in both corporate businesses and consultancies.

Neil holds a first-class degree in computer science and a doctorate in quantum computing. He has a genuine interest in how technology can solve problems, simplify complex processes and create better experiences for the people using it.
