Neil is a partner and Chartered Building Surveyor (MRICS) with more than 20 years’ experience across the education, healthcare, commercial, housing, emergency services, and local and central government sectors.

Over the years, he has supported clients on a range of property and construction projects, from building surveys and technical due diligence to project management and contract administration. He also has extensive experience advising on party wall matters, overseeing construction quality and managing design and delivery teams.
