Nick has spent more than 30 years in the construction industry across the public and private sectors. He helps clients navigate everything from building surveys and party wall matters to dilapidations and expert witness work. Over three decades, he has built a reputation for giving clear, practical advice on complex property issues.

After graduating from South Bank University in 1996, Nick became a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors in 1999. He is also a Chartered Building Engineer and an accredited Expert Witness through the Cardiff University scheme. His involvement with the Pyramus & Thisbe Club and the Dilapidations Association reflects the depth of his experience in party wall and landlord and tenant matters.

Alongside his project work, Nick plays an active role in shaping the future direction of the business as a member of our Large Panel System (LPS) Strategy Group. He is also committed to maintaining high standards of safety and professionalism, holding Level 1 Working at Height and Rescue Plan training.
