Whether assessing feasibility or supporting development land bids, clients value Nick for providing clear, accurate advice quickly, helping them move forward with confidence.

Nick was joint managing director of Projex Building Solutions, where he led the Midlands office and commercial team for more than 12 years before its acquisition by Ridge in 2021. Developing people is just as important to Nick as delivering great projects. He enjoys mentoring junior surveyors, supporting them through professional qualifications and giving them opportunities to build confidence and experience with clients from an early stage.
