Nicky leads the people and culture function at Ridge, helping shape the environment, support and opportunities that allow people to do their best work. Working closely with the executive team, she plays a key role in developing future leaders, nurturing talent and making sure we continue to be a place where great people can build successful careers.

With more than 30 years of experience in HR, Nicky has spent her career helping organisations get the best from their people. She has worked across professional services, infrastructure and other complex organisations, supporting businesses through growth, change and development.

Before joining us, Nicky held senior roles at KPMG and National Highways, including client-facing work within KPMG's people and change consulting practice. This experience gave her a strong understanding of the challenges organisations face and the importance of creating cultures where people can thrive.

A Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (FCIPD), Nicky is passionate about helping people grow and succeed. Known for her approachable style and practical advice, she combines strategic thinking with a genuine interest in people, ensuring they remain at the heart of how our business evolves.
