Oliver is a project manager and project leader with 16 years’ experience delivering projects across a range of sectors. Having worked at both Ridge and a FTSE 250 engineering company, Oliver brings experience and a practical understanding of what it takes to keep projects moving forward successfully.

His experience spans projects ranging from £100,000 to more than £100 million, working in roles including project manager, project lead, employer's agent and trusted adviser to clients. He has worked across the commercial, education, defence and infrastructure sectors, helping clients navigate projects from early planning through to delivery.

Oliver is known for his practical approach and ability to build strong relationships with project teams and clients. Whether leading a major programme or supporting a smaller project, he focuses on bringing people together, maintaining momentum and helping achieve successful outcomes.
