Paul is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor with more than 30 years’ experience. He leads the cost management team in Manchester and provides cost management services across a range of public and private sector projects.

A ‘hands-on’ partner, Paul works closely with all members of the design and construction teams to help move projects forward. Collaborative and practical by nature, Paul has supported the successful delivery of numerous schemes across the North West and Wales.

Paul's areas of expertise include quantity surveying, employer's agent services and fund monitoring. He has a strong track record of guiding complex projects from the first conversation through to completion.
