With more than 23 years’ experience in the construction industry, Paul is recognised for bringing technical expertise and innovation to every project he’s involved with. His key strengths are working closely with clients to get projects off to a strong start and maintaining high standards through to completion.

He has supported projects across the retail, workplace, residential and leisure sectors, including the mixed-use redevelopment of the former Liverpool Echo offices and the Cadent headquarters at Ansty, Coventry.

Alongside his project work, Paul has significant experience in building surveying, particularly in contract administration and technical due diligence, providing support on projects across the UK and internationally.

Before joining Ridge, Paul was a senior building consultant at SGA Property in Melbourne, Australia. Before that, he was an associate director at CNP, where he led a team of senior surveyors and played a key role in the company's expansion into Europe, delivering acquisition surveys across Germany.
