Paul has more than 20 years’ experience in building services engineering and leads our building services team in Cambridge.

He has worked across a range of sectors and played a key role in several nationally significant and unique projects, including the National Satellite Test Facility at Harwell, where he was the mechanical, electrical and public health (MEP) lead for some of the world's largest cleanroom facilities.

He is particularly interested in projects that create lasting social value, especially in the education sector. Over the course of his career, he has delivered more than 60 new school buildings.

Paul is passionate about creating more sustainable buildings and strengthening collaboration across design teams and project partners. The relationships he has built through this approach have continued for many years.
