Paul leads our Private Finance Initiative (PFI) and Public-Private Partnership (PPP) strategic advice offer, helping clients navigate major infrastructure projects. He brings more than 25 years’ experience from Grant Thornton, where he advised public and private sector organisations at every stage of a project, from developing business cases and procurement strategies through to operational support and contract expiry.

He has also worked on new hospital developments, advising on strategic case for change, business cases, affordability and value for money. By offering clients clear guidance on some of the most complex decisions they face, Paul helps them take the next steps with confidence.

At Ridge, Paul is strengthening our PFI and PPP capability, bringing together expertise from across the business and building a specialist team. He is skilled at spotting potential issues early and helping clients address them before they become bigger challenges. This is particularly valuable on projects where good data, clear communication and strong relationships are key to success.
