Paul is a Chartered Building Surveyor with more than 25 years’ experience in the industry. He leads the Ridge office in Newcastle and is the driving force behind our strategic growth across the North East. He has a wealth of experience delivering capital works programmes across the public sector, particularly in healthcare, education and emergency services.

Before joining us, Paul was a senior director at Gleeds. Throughout his career, he has been committed to building high-performing teams and supporting the development of those around him, which he considers one of the most rewarding parts of his role.

Paul's appointment marks an important step in our continued growth and strengthens our presence in the North East. Attracted by the opportunity to join a collaborative business with a strong reputation, Paul is now focused on building a dynamic local team and developing long-term partnerships across the region.
