Paul is a project manager with more than 10 years' experience specialising in sports, leisure and public sector buildings. Before joining Ridge, he led the sport and leisure sector team at Mace.

He has helped deliver several world-class venues including Alexander Stadium and Sandwell Aquatics Centre for the Birmingham 2022 Commonwealth Games, the VOX Conference Centre fit out and the award-winning refurbishment of Chesterfield Market Hall. He has supported over 20 leisure facilities, working across new build projects and live refurbishment environments.

Paul is qualified in Spectator Safety with hands-on experience at major venues including the Etihad Stadium and Manchester Velodrome which gives him valuable insight into the practical needs of sport and leisure facilities.

He also understands the specialist requirements involved in stadium and hospitality fit outs, including catering, life safety, ICT and audiovisual systems. A natural collaborator, Paul works closely with project teams to challenge designs where needed while always keeping the client's goals in focus.
