Paul is a Chartered Engineer with nearly 30 years’ experience in design management, project controls, risk management and planning. As a founder of Adept Management, Paul played a key role in shaping the business into a respected consultancy firm before its acquisition by Ridge in 2025.

Since 2014, Paul has worked with clients, contractors and engineers across the rail, highways and power sectors. Drawing on experience from building, civil engineering and utilities, Paul helps clients put effective programme management office (PMO) systems and processes in place to support successful outcomes. His portfolio includes major national programmes such as HS2, National Grid's Great Grid Partnership, National Highways' A66 Northern Trans-Pennine route and Transport for London's Northern Line Extension.
