Paul is a dedicated building surveyor with more than 30 years’ experience, specialising in refurbishment and conversion projects across the retail, commercial and healthcare sectors. He advises clients on complex refurbishment schemes, helping shape project briefs, assess feasibility and develop delivery strategies from the earliest stages through to completion.

His experience covers every stage of project delivery, from design coordination and specification writing to the preparation of tender and contract documentation. He has managed projects of all sizes, from minor alterations through to large, multi-phased refurbishment programmes.

Paul has worked extensively with M&G Real Estate, particularly across its Guildford portfolio, delivering projects ranging from £50k to more than £1.2 million. Known for his attention to detail and practical approach, he has built a strong reputation for managing technically challenging projects and delivering successful outcomes for clients.

Paul holds HNC Building and Associate Chartered Institute of Building (ACIOB) accreditations.
