Pete brings 40 years of mechanical, electrical and public health (MEP) expertise to his role as a cost management specialist, including over 20 years at Ridge and a decade of experience as a pre-construction director for a national contractor.

He has led major banking fit outs and led the MEP cost management on a nationwide programme for a well-known banking group. He has also worked extensively in the education sector, managing a portfolio of DfE education frameworks, including zero-carbon and modular schemes.

Pete’s background in design and pre-construction, and his deep supply chain knowledge, mean clients benefit from his strategic advice from day one.
