Phil Baker sits on Ridge's executive group and is a chartered building services engineer with over 25 years' experience - leading MEP and multi-disciplinary engineering projects across commercial, education, heritage and mixed-use sectors. Phil is highly active in the defence and security sector, delivering projects for the Foreign and Commonwealth Office, Ministry of Defence and Boeing Defence. Passionate about low-carbon design, he champions simplified, innovative building servicessolutions that deliver better environments without compromising operability. Known for his collaborative, client-focused approach, Phil holds a BEng (Hons) in Building Services Engineering and is a Chartered Engineer (CEng), MCIBSE and MIET.
