Phillip leads our project and programme delivery team in Bristol. With nearly 20 years of experience across real estate and construction, he began his career as a Chartered Building Surveyor before moving into project management, drawn by the opportunity to lead projects from concept to completion.

His career has taken him from London to Singapore, with roles at Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) and Deloitte Real Estate, followed by six years leading AECOM's Bristol project management team. Most recently, he was at Rapleys LLP, where he established and grew its national project and cost management offer.

Phillip has worked across the education, residential, logistics and mixed-use development sectors, with a particular interest in brownfield regeneration. By connecting people, projects and ideas, he gives clients the confidence to turn ambitious plans into successful developments
