Phillip Ankers is a Partner at Ridge, leading the project and programme delivery management team in Bristol. With nearly 20 years' experience across real estate and construction, he began his career as a Chartered Building Surveyor before moving into project management, drawn by the opportunity to lead complex projects from concept to completion. His career spans JLL in London and Singapore, Deloitte Real Estate, six years as Director of AECOM's Bristol project management team, and most recently Rapleys LLP, where he built its national Project and Cost Management offering. His expertise covers education, residential, logistics and mixed-use development, with particular interest in brownfield regeneration.
