Ralph is a Chartered Project Manager who handles high-security building projects for the defence sector. He specialises in bringing expert teams together to deliver projects of all sizes, from specialist training facilities to live airfield environments.

Throughout his career, Ralph has helped clients deliver major change programmes that support their long-term goals. He has worked with some of the sector's most prominent organisations, including QinetiQ, Defence Infrastructure Organisation (DIO), Lockheed Martin and Babcock, leading teams through every stage of project delivery.

Ralph balances daily tasks with long-term strategy, helping clients turn big ideas into reality. He is trusted to lead major, complex jobs because he unites diverse teams and makes sure every project delivers excellent value.

Ralph is a member of the Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA), the Architects Registration Board (ARB) and the Association for Project Management (MAPM). He holds a BA (Hons), BArch (Manc) and MBA.
