With 19 years’ experience under his belt, he handles complex, high-value projects and draws on a strong background of leading large consultancy teams. Over his career, he has undertaken building surveying work across every major sector and property type.

Recently, Rhys has focused on running large, multi-site project management offices (PMOs) for major national property portfolios. He is highly skilled at building and leading mixed teams of experts to deliver projects safely under both JCT and NEC contract frameworks.
