Richard is a project management and employer’s agent specialist with extensive UK and international experience, particularly in mixed-use and leisure developments with project values ranging from £100,000 to over £100 million.

He has supported major schemes including a £30 million Crowne Plaza Hotel and Country Club in Oxfordshire, Katoomba Scenic World in Australia and circa £100 million of works for British Land Plc. His mixed-use and regeneration portfolio includes two years with Centros on The Portsmouth Northern Quarter project.

Richard has reported to FTSE 100 senior management, pension funds, high-net-worth individuals, a former US presidential advisor and vice chancellors at Tier 1 universities. This breadth of experience reflects his trusted judgement and ability to lead projects with confidence. He holds a Bsc (Hons) in Building Surveying.
