Richard is a Chartered Surveyor with 30 years of experience and is responsible for leading our building surveying, health and safety, and geo-spatial teams in Oxford.

A skilled project manager and lead consultant, he brings extensive property and construction experience to the team. He partners with clients across a diverse range of projects, giving them the clear guidance needed to solve complex building challenges.

Richard is the senior framework manager and primary contact for key public sector accounts, including the Foreign & Commonwealth Office, Crown Global Services and the UK Atomic Energy Authority, overseeing diverse property and construction services.
