Roger is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor (MRICS) and project manager with more than 30 years' experience. He has over a decade of project leadership and expert cost management expertise across the manufacturing, commercial and retail sectors.

As project director, he has handled multi-million-pound projects and managed multiple suppliers and partners from the beginning of a project through to completion. He specialises in setting up common-sense systems that make multi-site rollouts run smoothly.

Roger's budget and project management skills mean he understands the real-world pressures his clients deal with. He excels at cutting through the noise, getting everyone organised and brings a sense of momentum to complicated projects.
