Rosie is a Chartered Engineer and Fellow of the Institution of Structural Engineers (MEng (Hons), CEng, FIStructE). Her technical know-how and leadership skills help her build strong relationships with clients and guide complicated projects all the way from early ideas to the finished reality.

Whether she is working on a £250 million hospital development or a smaller building reuse project, Rosie thrives on creating designs that are not only solid on paper but that also work effortlessly with the wider project.

Rosie is a key leader in driving sustainability. She chairs the civil and structural sustainability group and actively contributes to industry initiatives, including the Built Environment Declares movement. Her work focuses on cutting carbon emissions in buildings while creating strategies that protect and boost biodiversity.
