Sarah is our creative and marketing operations partner at Ridge, bringing together the people, processes and creative thinking that shape and support our brand, marketing and communications.

She combines a passion for great design with a talent for creating the clarity and structure that help teams do their best work. Having worked across retail, product and professional services marketing, she has a highly practical, business-minded perspective and understands how to make communications click with an audience.

Known for her friendly, collaborative approach and her ability to cut through noise, Sarah brings creativity and solid organisation together in a way that feels effortless. She is fantastic at turning abstract ideas into practical action plans and making sure her teams have everything they need to work well together.

Sarah holds a BA (Hons), a CIM Diploma in Marketing and is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing (MCIM).
