Simon is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor (MRICS) with more than 30 years’ experience in the property and construction industry, including 20 years with Ridge. Based in our Reading office, he leads the commercial cost management team and has built strong relationships with clients and consultants across the industry.

He has worked across the commercial, industrial, residential, leisure and finance sectors, providing practical construction advice and support at every stage of a project. He brings real-world experience to the table, whether he’s running the project, handling contracts, managing costs, or monitoring construction quality on-site.

Simon is a problem-solver who likes getting things done. He is a vital part of our commercial sector group, where he uses his wide experience to keep projects on track and deliver great results.
