Steve has more than 20 years' experience working across infrastructure projects, mostly in the private sector but also for public-sector clients. Over that time, he has been involved at every stage of the process, from early planning and design through to construction and delivery.

He has a particular interest in environmental management, sustainable drainage systems (SuDS) and flood risk. He enjoys helping clients unlock difficult sites and has supported many projects in securing planning permission where flood risk and drainage have been key challenges.

Steve also brings extensive highways experience. What sets him apart is his ability to see the bigger picture while keeping a close eye on the detail. He understands how projects come together, works closely with clients to meet demanding deadlines and focuses on finding practical, cost-effective solutions.

Known for his straightforward approach and problem-solving mindset, Steve enjoys tackling complex engineering challenges and helping clients move projects forward with confidence.
