Steve Williams is Ridge's Head of Infrastructure, leading the development of our infrastructure sector capability and driving new opportunities across major programmes. With deep expertise in programme management and controls, Steve specialises in setting up and delivering complex programmes across water, aviation, transportation, energy and defence. Steve has held senior leadership roles for clients including Thames Water, Heathrow Airport, TfL, MOD DE&S and Babcock, delivering programmes of significant scale and complexity. A qualified coach and mentor, he is committed to building high-performing teams and working closely with client leadership to maintain clear focus on delivery and business objectives.
Steve holds CEng MIMechE, MAPM and EMCC accreditations and is SC Security Cleared.
