With backgrounds in design and engineering, our design managers bring technical credibility and cross‑sector experience. They act as a central hub between those directing projects and those designing them, improving predictability and control. Strong stakeholder relationships and early issue resolution sit at the core of this role.
By mapping interdependencies early and flagging risk before it reaches site, we keep multidisciplinary teams aligned across multi‑year programmes. The result is coordinated design, reduced rework and outcomes that translate cleanly from intent to construction.
