Our Newcastle office has moved to a larger city centre home as the team continues to grow.
The move comes just over a year after relocating to our previous office. Since then, the Newcastle team has grown from 4 to 16 people, with further recruitment planned. Having quickly outgrown the space, we needed an office that could support the next phase of growth.
The new office provides extra capacity, giving the team room to expand while continuing to deliver projects across science and research, healthcare, residential, blue light, regeneration, data centres and local authority.
Staying in the city centre was important. The new office is close to Newcastle’s train and metro stations, making it easy for people to commute and travel across the region.
The move became official on 1 September, and for Paul Heron, Newcastle’s Office Managing Partner, it’s a moment that reflects the progress the team has made in a relatively short space of time.
