Our Cardiff office has relocated – a move that places us firmly in the centre of the city we've helped shape.

The new office reflects the scale of what our Cardiff team is now delivering. The office has practically doubled in size over the past six months, with more new starters already in the pipeline. Originally established as an engineering team, we have expanded to include MEP and project management services, creating a truly multidisciplinary presence in the region.

This is an exciting step forward for Ridge in Cardiff. Our growth over the past six months has been exceptional, and moving to 5 Callaghan Square gives us the space, visibility and facilities we need to continue building our presence in the region. With a prominent city centre location, improved visibility and excellent transport links, the new office will provide a more accessible base for clients, colleagues and prospective new recruits alike. 

Importantly, the new workspace better reflects the quality of the Ridge brand. Designed as a modern, professional environment, it provides a first-class setting for collaboration, client meetings and team development. 

Tall buildings remain a defining part of our Cardiff team’s work. We’re currently involved in several high-rise schemes in the city centre, including Custom House Street and Harlech Court – and the team won’t have to look far for a reminder of what’s possible, with the recently completed Gramercy Tower visible from the new office windows.

Tall buildings, education and data centres stand out as key sectors for the Cardiff office at present, with a strong pipeline of data centre work alongside our city centre projects. 

Over the years – we’ve played a significant role in shaping Cardiff’s changing skyline. The move to Callaghan Square is a clear statement of intent to keep building on that legacy from the centre of the city.
