Planning permission was granted for a scheme that will preserve the character of this sensitive site while ensuring its longevity. Furthermore, the permission will provide additional accommodation for the elderly community, meeting an identified need.

Following the granting of permission, the planning team has submitted applications to amend the design and discharge pre-commencement conditions and obligations.
