Lithuanian Motorsport Park aims to create a new generation of motorsport venue for Northern Europe.

The ambition is a connected campus where racing, training and community activity can sit comfortably side by side.

Shaping a connected motorsport campus

We are providing civil engineering, visualisation and race track design services, working alongside Do Architects to help shape the wider masterplan.

The scheme brings together an FIA/FIM race circuit, CIK kart track, drift facilities and advanced driver training areas within a single, connected development.

Our team is focused on creating strong relationships between tracks, buildings, landscape and public areas, ensuring the site feels coherent and easy to navigate despite its complexity.

Balancing flexibility with identity

Each part of the development needs to function independently while contributing to a clear overall identity.

Through careful spatial planning, we’ve improved circulation, land use and long-term flexibility across the site. Green spaces and public areas are woven naturally into the masterplan, helping the venue feel welcoming beyond race events alone.

Building a destination for the future

The project is designed to support professional competition, grassroots motorsport and wider community engagement within a single, evolving destination.

By combining technical planning with a broader placemaking approach, Lithuanian Motorsport Park is set to become a major new hub for motorsport and driver development in the region.
