Oro Station in Canada set out to create something bigger than a race circuit – a place where motorsport, technology and community could exist side by side.
The ambition was to build a destination that feels equally at home hosting track days, industry innovation and everyday social life.
Shaping a new automotive destination
We are providing architecture, civil engineering, masterplanning, visualisation and race track design services, supporting the project from early concept through to ongoing construction delivery.
From the outset, the challenge was balancing a bold long-term vision with the practical demands of a complex multi-phase development. The campus needed to function as a high-performance driving venue while also creating space for businesses, events and members’ facilities.
Our team developed the overall masterplan alongside a detailed business case and market study, helping shape the project into a clear and investable proposition. At the same time, our engineering specialists produced detailed technical designs covering drainage strategies, earthworks modelling and pavement specifications.
Working across disciplines from day one helped reduce gaps between vision and delivery. It also meant infrastructure challenges could be resolved early, before they became problems on site.
Designed to grow over time
At the centre of the campus is a 4.1km, 16-turn circuit designed to deliver a varied and engaging driving experience while fitting naturally into the wider landscape. Around it sits a mix of technology, hospitality and social spaces designed to support both enthusiasts and industry partners.
As construction progresses, we continue to support decision-making and technical coordination across the site, helping maintain consistency as the wider vision takes shape.
