Through our well-established relationships we have delivered a full range of university facilities including research laboratories, lecture theatres, sports and leisure, student accommodation, libraries and Student Unions. We also offer experience in delivering a mix of new build, refurbishment, demolitions and relocations.
Ridge delivers schemes and facility solutions from major new buildings to refurbishing, rebuilding or extending those in the middle of existing, operational university campuses. We are experienced at managing all the inherent risks, whilst remaining aware of the importance and sensitive nature of such critical developments.

As Head of Project Management in Birmingham, Matt has experience of complex projects and programmes featuring multiple phases, sites and stakeholders and in-depth experience of leading multidiscipline teams.
Matt joined Ridge in 2015 to develop our Project Management team in Birmingham.
In that time the team has delivered projects in sectors that include: aerospace; automotive; commercial office developments (including new build, fit out and refurbishment); education (including schools, colleges and universities); healthcare and medical research; hotels and hospitality; industrial; local government; manufacturing; residential (social housing and PRS); and sports and leisure.
