Mark has over 30 years’ experience providing cost management services for multidiscipline projects in a wide range of client sectors including heritage, industrial, commercial and retail. Mark is a strong team player who is enthusiastic about customer care. His practical experience means he can maximise the benefits of fully integrated teams through collaborative working techniques, benchmarking continuous improvement and KPIs.
As Cost Manager Lead, Mark plays a key part in the successful delivery of a project, adding value in controlling the budget and making sure it is spent in the right areas to deliver the desired outcomes. He provides timely, accurate information to support informed decision-making, and offers extensive knowledge of framework agreements, partnering arrangements, term contracts, procurement strategies and the appointment of consultants and contractors.
We also understand the critical importance of integrating construction activities with the sensitive environment in which students, teachers and support staff operate. Ridge design and manage complex projects within this exacting environment.
