She has given evidence on numerous occasions in both litigation and high profile international arbitrations.

Tim has been appointed by private and public-sector clients, developers, contractors, sub-contractors, suppliers and consultants to work on a wide variety of projects. His experience has been in the provision of delay, quantum and project management expert services, claims preparation and defence, contract advice and project/construction management. This experience ranges across sectors including residential, commercial, infrastructure, health, rail and petrochemical in the UK, Europe and the Middle East.

A Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Building (Chartered Construction Manager) with over 30 years of experience in the construction industry from site engineer to project manager. He has also held roles in pre-construction and design management.
For the last 14 years Mick has specialised in planning, project controls and delay analysis for large and complex projects. Before joining Ridge, he was a major contractor’s in-house planning analyst providing delay and planning expertise across the construction and infrastructure businesses. He was part of a team appointed by the board to manage and direct the largest and most complex disputes.
He now acts as an expert on delay and planning disputes, carries out delay analysis, and produces reports. He advises on the best strategies for developing a delay analysis for use in a claim or to defend an extension of time claim.
Additionally, he has an MSc in Construction Law and Dispute Resolution and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.

Dimitrios is a chartered engineering geologist and geotechnical engineer with over 25 years in the construction industry and related fields, gained primarily through leading international engineering consultancies. He has developed strong technical, analytical, and managerial skills in geotechnical assessment and design. Project experience has been gained from small and large multidisciplinary infrastructure schemes within the railway (> £100bn), maritime, highways, tunnelling, water and environment sectors (> £5bn). Responsibilities have included the delivery of ground investigations, engineering designs, assessments, and the provision of remedial options. He has held senior roles within client organisations such as AER, ER, Engineer, Project Manager, Investigation Supervisor and Designer (under CDM:2015) with major projects that include Crossrail, Thames Tideway Tunnel, Dubai Port World and HS2.

He has extensive experience both domestically and internationally, including commercial and residential buildings, education establishments, health and infrastructure. He is also a registered arbitrator with the London Court of International Arbitration, and arbitrator panel member with the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.

He has worked for consultants both in the UK and in the Middle East and is proficient in designing and detailing using all common construction materials to Eurocodes and British Standards. He has experience working in a wide variety of sectors including defence, industrial (including FEED studies), commercial, nuclear, residential and transportation – for both public and private sector clients. He has also worked on site on live projects, carrying out both structural surveys and refurbishment projects.
Whilst at university, Paul won the Mott MacDonald design award. His dissertation involved writing a structural analysis software package within MATLAB using finite element theory that analysed steel frames for the user’s geometry and loading conditions.
Paul now spends his time assisting engineers who have been instructed as experts.
