Working for the Aldridge Foundation, we have successfully obtained funding for replacing 26 roofs plus heating and boilers. This was followed with the construction of a new indoor Cricket Centre.

The majority of the 26 flat roofs were completely stripped and replaced with a high-performance felt waterproofing system which gave each of the new flat roofs a 25-year guarantee. In addition, the insulation to each of the flat roofs was upgraded to current building regulations.

The two largest pitched roof areas were in a very poor condition so these were completely stripped, and the coverings were replaced with new plain tiles. The insulation was also upgraded.
